Working in a team mainly concentrating on (85% of the role):
- End of Tenancy Cleaning and void (property cleans). It is imperative that these cleans are completed to a very high standard, the end result being a sparkle finish. Including full removal of limescale, complete clean of white goods inside and out and removal of upholstery and carpet stains depending on the severity of them.
You may also be required to do the following (15% of the role):
- Carpet Cleaning extraction, training provided.
- Builders & Sparkle Cleaning.
- Facility Deep Cleans (Offices, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, Hospitals, Medicals etc.).
Attention to detail cleaning is needed to apply, as well as the following skills: being able to follow instructions, being organised, working efficiently and having the ability to work under pressure whilst using your initiative. Must have a driving licence and a company vehicle is provided.
Incentives:
- £29,000 annual salary, increasing to £31,200 on successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
- Working Monday - Saturday 40 hours per week, with paid overtime.
- Company expensed vehicle provided, full UK driving licence is mandatory.
- Business Mobile provided.
- Uniform, ID, and equipment provided.
